Returns:

• To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the easy instructions. You will be able to generate a return label and track the status of your return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping costs for returns will be covered by Aistech, if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
• For non-faulty item returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable) and in a re-saleable condition.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure safe delivery.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

Currently, we offer exchanges only in few products and services, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can simply return your unwanted item and use your refund to purchase the desired replacement.

Warranty Claims:
